- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆New to social housing and have felt like a second class citizen since oving in. Theyre only concern is the rent being paid. No help with anti social behavior outside house! I lost my job and while housing benefit was being processed arrears obviously mounted, was told it needed paid and becoming unemployed wasnt their concern and its my responsibility to pay while waiting on housing benefit wouldnt accept there was nothing I could do to speed it up or understand jsa isnt enough to cover rent never mind arrears. No empathy or help at all. Very disappointed by treatment of a housing association who brag how much they help people in difficulties. They definitely do not, theyre all about money and treat tenants like theyre all no good scumbags. Soul destroying jobsworths.By Admin, March 07, 2020
